ORDER INFORMATION

All customers placing an order will receive an electronic invoice within 48 hours. It will show the total price including shipping and handling charges. Orders are shipped after we receive the payment. 

Our shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. 

Shipping and Handling

Most items are shipped via Canada Post, Airmail, Airmail Int'l, Expedited and Xpresspost service. Birds are usually sent via West Jet or Air Canada. We also have delivery service in the Greater Toronto Area for orders over $250.00 (before tax).   

Payment

We accept Certified Cheques and Money Orders in Canadian or US funds. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and FirePay if you choose to pay online. For Canadian and US orders we will also accept Personal Cheques, although these orders will not be processed until the cheque is cleared by the Bank. This may take an additional seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Canadian Residents pay 6% GST. Ontario Residents add 8% PST.

Returns and Exchange

In order to avoid returns, we suggest that you carefully read the product information. If the item that you received is still not what you have expected, does not fit, etc., you may return it within 30 days of purchase, providing it has not been opened or used, and is in its original packaging. Please contact us first to obtain your return authorization number. There is a 20 % restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund cheque. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped and send it prepaid to our address.

If the shipment that you have received is damaged, please contact your local Post office. Once they inspect the damage and file the claim, we can reship your order.    

Out of Stock Items

We will backorder any item valued at $20.00 or more, unless you instruct us not to do so. Shipping and handling charges apply to all backorders as usual.
